Our mission is to create a physically safe environment where 6th - 12th grade students can explore an array of high-wage, high-demand careers, gaining hands-on experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to make informed decisions about their future. UPA’S DESIGN ELEMENTS

Career Immersion

Through immersive and investigative experiences in middle school, followed by internships in high school, students discover their passions as they make confident choices for their futures. Graduates leave prepared and ready to excel in their chosen pathways.
Design Thinking

UPA's approach blends design thinking into interdisciplinary, hands-on learning. It fosters creativity, innovation, and critical thinking as students tackle real-world challenges to build an entrepreneurial mindset.
Leadership Development

Apart of core career development classes required from 6-12th grade, students will be supported in building financial literacy, networking, and 21st Century skills.
